Refund policy: Your first-year subscription charge is non-refundable. Lifetime membership fees are refundable on a prorated basis in the first year of your membership. In the case of multi-year subscriptions, subsequent year’s subscription charges after your first-year subscription charge are refundable on a pro-rated basis.
